This is more of a dietary lifestyle than a program. It is designed to teach you how to eat better for healthier living. It is based on eating whole foods that are nutrient dense and avoiding things that are processed and cause inflammation in the body.

This program is for you! Studies have shown that eating the correct foods can help control (and in some cases reverse!) diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
