About Bryan

Bryan is a fitness expert, pain relief specialist and certified holistic nutrition consultant. He has nearly 20 years experience working in relief of chronic pain as well as personal fitness and health coaching.

Bryan graduated from University of Maryland Baltimore with a Doctor in Physical Therapy degree.  He is a  Certified as a Holistic Nutrition Consultant through the AFPA.

He is an avid exerciser and loves the outdoors and hiking.  Bryan spends his relaxation time watching professional soccer.  He has two dogs that he rescued from a shelter.  They come with him on all of his outdoor adventures.

What type of diet program is this?

This is more of a dietary lifestyle than a program.  It is designed to teach you how to eat better for healthier living.  It is based on eating whole foods that are nutrient dense and avoiding things that are processed and cause inflammation in the body.

What if I don't like the program?

What if I have a condition such as heart disease or diabetes?

This program is for you!  Studies have shown that eating the correct foods can help control (and in some cases reverse!) diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.  As with any nutrition program, you should consult your physician to see if this is okay especially if you are taking medication to control symptoms of any of the above

Is this a "low carb" type diet?

This is not necessarily a low carb diet.  Most carbs like fresh fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains are encouraged and should be a main staple of your diet due their nutritious content.  The type of carbs are what really what needs to be watched, but not all carbs are bad!

Are the appointment times flexible?
