About Bryan

Bryan is a fitness expert, pain relief specialist and certified holistic nutrition consultant.  He has nearly 20 years experience working in relief of chronic pain as well as personal fitness and health coaching.

Bryan graduated from University of Maryland Baltimore with a Doctor in Physical Therapy degree.  He is a  Certified as a Holistic Nutrition Consultant through the AFPA.
