Introducing Bryan

Hi, let me introduce myself! I've been helping people get fit, healthy and pain-free for over 15 years and recently opened up a center for pain relief, fitness and weight loss.

Helping people revitalize their body and their life, has been extremely rewarding for me. It's what I've come to know to be my purpose in life.

I have top-level training on anatomy, physiology, nutrition, exercise scienece, biomechanics, kinesiology, pain relief and weight-loss.

A little bit about myself:

I am an avid exerciser.  I love the outdoors, hiking, and watching professional soccer.  I have two dogs that my fiance and I adopted from a rescue shelter; they come with us on all of our outdoor adventures.  Exercise and activity is what drives me each day and I take if very seriously. 

I graduated from University of Maryland Baltimore with a Doctor in Physical Therapy degree.  I am Certified as a Holistic Nutrition Consultant through the AFPA.  I also have nearly 20 years of personal training experience.

But this isn't about me, it's about YOU... and your chance to make a change in your life.
