Shoulder Pain

Are You Having Shoulder Pain?

If you are having pain in your shoulder, which is worse with reaching overhead or behind your back, preventing you from lifting heavier objects, keeping you from exercise or recreational activities you love, and is making you feel less confident and capable, then you should read this.

Here are some tips that can help make you better fast.

Most conventional treatments such as injections, prescription medications and ice may help with inflammation but do not address the root cause of the problem.  Not to mention, there can also be negative side effects from medications.  I’ll show you how to treat this problem naturally.

What this problem requires

This problem requires proper exercises to stretch and strengthen the muscles of the shoulder.  Along with specific exercises, joint and soft tissue mobilizations can be used to decrease pain.  An evaluation of movement will determine what type of treatment is needed.

Don’t ignore these symptoms

If you ignore your shoulder pain, you could end up with further weakness, increase pain and decrease mobility. The pain could even increase to the point where drugs don’t help anymore.  This may lead to you need an injection, or worse yet, you could develop a tear of your rotator cuff, which may require painful surgery.

A quick tip for fast relief

One quick tip for you to do on your own at home is a self-massage technique to reduce muscle tightness in the shoulder and scapular regions.  You will learn how to do this amazing technique that will accelerate your healing.

Why is this so important

The reason why I’m shedding light onto this problem is because I have seen a lot of people get shoulder surgery unnecessarily and suffer. Recovery from shoulder surgery is extremely painful and it may take a year or more to return to full function.  Many people never regain full function again after shoulder surgery.

Common causes of shoulder pain

Some of the most common causes of shoulder pain are repetitive overhead reaching, weakness and imbalance of the rotator cuff and scapular muscles, poor posture and muscle tightness.  This is why proper posture and corrective exercises are so important to learn.

Here’s what one of my patients had to say,

“After only three sessions with Bryan, I was able to sleep through the night and swing a golf club without pain” – J.P.
