How will your Physical Therapy experience be different at Optimize?
It’s all about our approach. It starts with a comprehensive evaluation where we listen to you and what you want to achieve. But we’re not just treating the joint, muscle, or pain that you have. We take this further with our full body holistic approach. Helping you to understand your condition is the number one priority. Then it breaks down into three main components of treatment:
- Proper movement, strengthening, and cardiovascular conditioning
- Nutrition and diet – understanding how what you eat can affect positively or negatively your recovery and pain
- Behavioral changes – day to day activities that can affect your condition and overall health (sleep, stress, work habits, etc.)
All of these components allow for us to build a road to recovery and, perhaps more importantly, a healthier lifestyle
