Tennis Elbow Pain? Are you having pain in your elbow and forearm?
If you are having pain in the elbow and forearm that is preventing you from playing tennis, racquetball, golf and going to the gym or simply can’t lift heavy or light objects without pain and making you feel like you can’t function at your best level, there is help.
Here are some tips that can help make you better fast.

Most likely you are an active person striving to stay fit and healthy. This condition prevents you from doing this as well as the simple tasks of daily life.
Some of the most common causes of this problem are overuse and/or poor hand/wrist positioning during activities.
In the meantime, follow these instructions now to get a jumpstart on faster healing:
- Things you should NOT do for the next two weeks: Avoid any activities longer than 20 minutes that require forceful grasping and prolonged use of the affected arm.
- Be wary of multiple corticosteriod injections and prolonged use of anti-inflamatory medication. This often only temporarily relieves or masks the symptoms and problem.
